If you wish to submit a claim for goods that have been exported by a shipping company (ocean freighter), please log in to your account and follow the steps below:
1. Go to the 'My receipts' page in your account
2. Click the green button 'Add new receipt'
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the blue text 'Click here to start the CARGO process'
4. Select the icon 'By a shipping company'
