Sometimes we must ask you to send your receipts to our office in the post. We ask this for various reasons:
- The store requires us to receive the original receipt to process your claim
- Some countries tax administrations require us to receive the original receipt to process your claim
- We are required by the Dutch tax administration to perform random checks to prevent double entries and fraud
We will let you know in your account and by email if your receipt needs to be posted.
