What if a store is not listed in your shopping guide? / If the store where you shopped is not listed in our guide, this means that this store has never worked with us for VAT refund before. You are welcome to register your receipt, however, a VAT refund is not guaranteed. We advise you to contact the store first to determine whether they have a preferred VAT refund process in place. Please ask them whether they would be willing to cooperate with refunding your VAT via 

To register a claim for a new store, you can add the store to our shopping guide yourself. You need to be logged in to your account to add a new store. When logged in, follow the steps below:

  1. At the bottom of the screen, select the round button 'add receipt'

  2. Select the button 'Click here to search shop'

  3. In the search bar, enter the store name and address. When no store is found, select the lower option; 'Add new shop'

  4. In the search bar above the map, enter the store name and address. Select the store in the results. At the bottom of the page click the button 'Add shop.
