Ask in the store: an invoice showing you name, non-EU address and passport number

Bring to Bulgarian Customs:

• an invoice from the store + Tax-Free form
• If the store could not provide the above, you need to download and print a tax-free form 

• Purchased items

• Passport

• If you have an EU passport; other proof of residence outside the EU

• Boarding pass

Tip: Bulgarian Customs want to see an invoice from the store + a Tax-Free form. If you did not receive this from the store, you need to download and print a Tax-Free form for customs yourself.
