If the store where you bought your goods is not in our database yet, you can add the store to our shopping guide yourself. You need to be logged in to your account to add a shop to our shopping guide. When logged in, follow the steps below:

Please note; If the store where you did your purchases is not listed in our shopping guide, this means that this store has never been approached for a VAT refund by before (unless other stores from the same brand are listed as cooperative).
