Exporting yourself via airplane, car or train and don't have a receipt that meets all necessary requirements? Download and bring a tax-free form to customs in addition to your receipt.
After getting proof of export or VAT exemption, always make photos/scans of all your documents, especially if you need to send them in via post.

Register your receipt in your account. We’ll ask you to upload copies of your documents.
After completing this process we'll keep you updated by email automatically. We'll provide a time-frame for your refund and we'll notify you when your VAT has come in from the store. Information about payment methods can be found here.
