Why do I need to submit original documents by post? /

Don't worry! In most cases you don't need to send original documents by post. As an exception, we might ask for your originals if:

• Vatfree.com is required to perform a random check for the Tax Authorities (to prevent double entries and fraud)
• Your receipt exceeded a certain amount
• You have Tax-Free documents from a different Tax-Free company
• The store does not want to work digitally
• The local Tax Administration wants the store to receive all originals or in case of a fiscal audit
