With a Cargo request, do I still need to send my original receipts to your office? /

If you submit a claim for goods that have been exported by a shipping company you don't need to send your original documents to our office in the post.

When you export goods with a shipping company, your shipping company submits and receives digital export documents from harbour customs.  These digital export documents are sufficient to prove that your goods have been exported to a non-EU country. 

You can submit your receipts and export documents online during the registration of your claim. Please keep your original receipts safe at home until the store has processed your claim.
