With a cargo request, do I still need to send my original receipts to your office? /

If you submit a claim for goods that have been exported by a shipping company or courier you don't need to send your original documents to our office in the post. Instead, you can submit all your documents digitally.


Shipping company:

When you export goods with a shipping company, your shipping company submits and receives digital export documents from harbour customs. 
 These digital export documents are sufficient to prove that your goods have been exported to a non-EU country. Find out which export documents you need here.

Courier:
If your goods were exported by a courier (DHL, FedEx etc) you will receive a confirmation of shipment from the store and a proof of delivery from your courier.

Please keep your original receipts safe at home until the store has processed your claim.
