I can't upload any documents to my app. What now? /

1. Try updating you app. If the app is not updated, not all features will work the way they are supposed to. Please update your app by finding updates in the app store.

2. Log in to your account via a browser on your computer instead of via the app. Often, if a feature is not working properly in the app, it will work in a browser. 
Use the same email address, password or login service.

3. Let us know by email you're having trouble and add your documents in the attachments. We'll upload them for you.
