Where can I find a copy of my customers' documents? /

You can find copies of all your customers' documents in your invoice portal.
When we send you an invoice via email, a link to your invoice portal is included there. You can also request the link via [email protected].

View documents
Select an invoice in the portal to find the underlying documentation. On the invoice page, select a receipt to view the documents. They will appear on the right of the screen. You can also download the PDFs. The PDF with images contains all document copies.

Your invoice portal includes:

• a list of all paid and open invoices
• copies of your customers' purchase receipts
• copies of proof of export / VAT exemption
• Tax-Free sales statistics (available for Vatfree.com partners)

Proof of residence outside the EU
Vatfree.com can share copies of your customer's ID documents on request if the Tax Administration requires these in case of fiscal checks. Requests for ID documents can be submitted via [email protected].
