What if I was not able to get my receipts stamped? / Often, if you are not able to get your receipts stamped at your point of departure, it is still possible to get a ‘customs declaration stamp of import’ on your receipts at your point of arrival. These offices are mostly located in the baggage arrival hall before you leave the airport, where you would ‘declare’ your goods. Please ask the customs officer to stamp your receipts. If the stamp does not contain a date mark, please ask the customs officer to write the date by hand and provide his/her name and signature.
