We'll let you know via your account (app and website) wether you need to submit your claims via post. Check your receipt status on your receipt page. Is your receipt status 'waiting for original'? Then we'll need to receive your receipts by post. Our address for postal mail can be found here. Don't worry! In most cases you don't need to send your receipts by post. There are some exceptions. Please note; you still need to keep your receipts in a safe place until the refund process is complete. If the store requests your original receipt for payment, you will need to send it to our office in the post.
