Don't worry! In most cases you don't need to send original documents by post.
There are some exceptions. Check your receipt status on your receipt page. Is your receipt status 'waiting for original'? Then we need to receive your originals by post. If you're not sure whether your receipt needs to be posted, please contact us by email ([email protected]). Always make photos/scans of your receipts before you send them in the post.
