Why is my VAT refund payment delayed? /

If your payment has not come in within 2 weeks after the expected refund date in your account and you have not heard from us yet, please contact us via [email protected]
In general, reasons for payment delays can be the following and will vary depending on the partnership status of the store:

The finance department of the store only processes payments once a month and/or has longer than usual payment terms |
A store employee responsible for payments is on holiday |
A store employee responsible for payments is sick |
The store has changed their contact address, bank account or other billing details and did not communicate this to us |
The store has changed their refund policy and did not communicate this to us |

The store is not sure our request is legitimate because you did not contact them beforehand (and therefore unfortunately did not respond and pay) |
The store has never received a VAT refund claim before and is still waiting for information about the VAT refund process from the tax administration and/or their accountant/tax-analyst |
The store is already working with a different VAT refund company (and therefore unfortunately did not respond and pay) |
The store prefers to refund the VAT to you directly (and therefore unfortunately did not respond and pay) |
The store never refunds VAT (and therefore unfortunately did not respond and pay) |
