If the online store delivers your items to an address inside the EU first and you then export the items yourself via courier like DHL, UPS, FedEX or another postal forwarding company;
- Get a correct receipt from the store
Your receipt from the store should show your name and non-EU address. Don't forget to add these details to your payment information when checking out your shopping cart and paying online.
- Get proof of export
Find out which documents you need here. You might need to contact the store to get copies of your export documents.
- Create an account and register your claim
You can download our app (Google Play | Apple Store) or create an account via our website.
Register your receipt in your account. We’ll ask you to upload copies of your documents.
After completing this process we'll keep you updated by email automatically. We'll provide a time-frame for your refund and we'll notify you when your VAT has come in from the store. Information about payment methods can be found here.
