ONLINE → store delivers to EU address → you export via ocean freighter /
If the online store delivers your items to an address inside the EU first, and after that you export the items via ocean freighter yourself:
- Get a correct receipt from the store
Your receipt should show your name, passport nr. and non-EU address. You can add this information to the billing address (different than the delivery address) when paying online.
- Get proof of export

Register your receipt in your account and upload copies of your documents.
After, we'll provide a time-frame for your refund and notify you when your VAT has come in from the store.
