What if I find a lower service fee somewhere else? /

We guarantee the highest refund in the Tax-Free market.

If you discover a higher refund somewhere else, we'll lower our service fee for you. 

To qualify for a lower service fee you can submit:

1. A Tax-Free form which you received from the store at the time of purchase, showing the Tax-Free company details and the exact refund amount for that specific purchase
   
   

2. A confirmation by email from another Tax-Free company, stating their service fee and/or refund amount for your particular purchase

Keep in mind that some Tax-Free companies may have varying refund rates per store and country. Therefore, we request proof for each specific purchase.
